Privacy notice

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This notice explains what personal data we collect through the Staibles website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Who we are

Staibles is a trading name of Omnia Platforms Ltd, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17236418, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC171134.

If you have any questions about this notice or about how we handle your data, contact us at info@staibles.com.

What we collect and why

If you sign up for early access

When you complete the sign-up form we collect your email address. That is all the form asks for, and we do not require anything further.

WhatWhyLawful basis
Email address To tell you when Staibles launches, and to send occasional updates about the platform while we build it Your consent, given when you submit the form

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Every message we send will also tell you how to unsubscribe. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent before you withdrew it.

If you are a syndicate or racing club we contact

To build the platform we contact syndicate operators, racing clubs, trainers and similar businesses using contact details published on their own websites or professional profiles. We hold the business contact details and a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in approaching businesses about a service relevant to them. If you would rather we did not hold your details or contact you again, tell us and we will remove them.

If you email us

We will hold your message and contact details so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our business.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider records technical information about requests to the site, including IP address, approximate country, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to produce aggregate visitor statistics and to keep the site secure and available. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and protecting it from abuse.

We do not use tracking cookies. Our analytics are generated from server logs rather than from anything stored on your device, so there is no cookie banner and no advertising or profiling technology on this site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. In particular, we do not pass your details to syndicates or racing clubs unless you ask us to put you in touch with one.

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf under contract:

ProviderPurposeLocation
Netlify Website hosting, form submissions, aggregate site analytics United States
Microsoft Email and business correspondence United States / EU

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages are visited, which listings are clicked, and where our visitors come from. This helps us improve the site and show operators that we are sending them genuine interest.

Google Analytics sets cookies on your device. These are not strictly necessary for the site to work, so we will not set them unless you agree. When you first visit, you will be asked whether to accept analytics cookies. You can decline, and the site will work exactly as it does otherwise. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Our lawful basis for analytics cookies is your consent. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function do not require consent and are set regardless.

Google acts as our processor for analytics data. We have IP anonymisation enabled and we do not use Google Analytics to identify individuals or to build advertising profiles.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, which include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email info@staibles.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Scoring and automated decision-making

Staibles scores racehorses and the syndicate offers attached to them. Those scores are about listings, not people: they are calculated from public racing data and from the terms a syndicate supplies about its own offer, and they are not used to evaluate, rank or make decisions about you.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you, or that similarly significantly affects you.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will tell subscribers directly. We expect to update it when the full platform launches and we begin offering accounts.
